This map of Singapore is taken from a composite map of British Possessions in the Malay Settlements and Coast of Borneo which appeared in the Fullarton Royal Atlas of Modern Geography of 1860, one of the last of the decorative atlases. You will note that the footnote on the map erroneously informs us that the Island of Singapore has been Occupied by the British since 1818, a year too early..Available FRAMED only.
